Experienced Barista

LIFT is a coffee roaster in London. We are always looking to work with exciting and passionate people to serve our customers with the most interesting and high quality coffees.

We are currently looking for a full time experienced barista to start for us from January.

We are looking for applicants who:

Are passionate about coffee and hospitality

Are willing to adapt and learn, flexible and a team player

Have a positive – can do attitude

Have exceptional customer service

Are efficient working under pressure, able to work in a fast paced environment

Have experience dialling in espresso

Can pour good latte art

Pays attention to details

Maintains high standards
