Coffee Delivery Driver

Redemption Roasters are on a mission to reduce reoffending rates through coffee.

We believe exceptional coffee can come from people and places you wouldn’t expect; at our roastery in HMP The Mount, we train offenders in coffee industry skills with the aim of reducing reoffending in the UK. Upon release, we help our graduates find work in our own coffee cafes, or within our network.

The Role: Delivery Driver

Are you ready to be the driving force behind our premium in-house delivery service? We’re seeking a dedicated individual to join us in ensuring top-notch service to our wholesale clients and sites across London. The role requires you to be available every Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. This role is paid hourly at £14 p/h, approximately 25-30 hours per week, with future opportunity to grow the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering weekly coffee orders to Redemption Roasters sites and key wholesale accounts in London, embodying our brand and providing exceptional service
• Serving as a vital link between clients and our team, promptly addressing any order, quality, or account issues
• Conducting minor troubleshooting with clients on product-related matters, such as dialing in and equipment maintenance
• Maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of company vehicle, adhering to food safety standards, and ensuring thorough vehicle checks and logs

Requirements:

• Full, clean UK driving license
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles
• Ability to remain composed and make strategic decisions under pressure
• Excellent communication skills
